Angela Govila is a seasoned executive with leadership experience from JP Morgan Chase, General Electric, Ernst & Young and Capital One. She’s also had her own fintech consulting business specializing in product management, program management and digital transformation for clients like Square. Angela is currently leading digital at JP Morgan Chase for Chase for Business supporting 4 million clients. In her most recent previous role, Angela was the head of product delivery for Capital One’s Small Business Digital Bank.
Angela has been at the helm driving business innovation through technology since early in her career working, starting as a web developer and then moving towards a career journey of cross functional roles driving products and programs forward to transform businesses. Angela is a bold thought leader in these spaces, and has been sought as a panelist and speaker on the topic through industry conferences like AT&T Summit, Women in Tech conferences, International Institute of Business Analysts, Product School, Lean In Forums, Penn State Startup week, other start up events, and non-profit organizations.
Angela’s passion extends into empowering minorities in the workforce, specifically STEM and has volunteered heavily for the cause. She is a graduate of the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State University and is currently based in Seattle. She is also in the instructor pool for Product Management for University of California, Berkeley’s Executive Education program, co-founded an Artificial Intelligence meetup in Seattle and runs a podcast on Leadership & Diversity. In her spare time, she enjoys long backpacking trips in the remote wilderness, endurance biking, travelling and spending time with her family.
